Graduated from College of the Desert in 1997 with a certificate in Turfgrass Management. While staying in the Palm Springs area, he landed a job at La Quinta Resort and Club as an Assistant Superintendent, then moving on to Mission Hills Country club as the Superintendent of the Pete Dye Challenge Course. Paul then moved his family to Newport Beach, CA where he gained Class A status as the Superintendent of Pelican Hill Golf Club’s North Course. Eventually, Marriott came calling to offer him a better position back in Rancho Mirage, CA, closer to family and friends. The Hotel and Country Club is located within a Resort Community. Here he achieved “Marriott Superintendent of the Year” in 2002 and gained his knowledge / interest in HOA and Hotel Landscape Maintenance. With a longtime interest in poker, Paul had the opportunity to turn that interest into a lucrative full-time profession, which eventually moved his family to Las Vegas. When his parents decided to move to Las Vegas, Paul saw it as an opportunity to partner with his father in an industry where they both have been very successful and build what is now Taylor Greenscapes, Inc.
Graduated from pierce College with an A.S. degree in Ornamental Horticulture and attained a certificate in Soil Science and Turfgrass Management. He owned and operated a landscape, construction, and maintenance company for 5 years in Simi Valley, CA, when Valleycrest offered to buy his company while retaining himself and all his employees. He served as Branch Manager for Valleycrest in Ventura, CA, for 17 years when the company offered him another opportunity to build a Valleycrest owned and operated golf course in Bakersfield, CA – The Links at Riverlakes Ranch. From there he moved within the golf division to Woodcreek Golf Club in Sacramento, CA, and finishing his time with Valleycrest at Diamond Oaks Golf Club as a Class A Superintendent. With a decision to move to Las Vegas, to be closer to his family, Glynne found the opportunity to re-establish a landscape maintenance company with his son, that is now Taylor Greenscapes, Inc.
